He currently acts as a coach and mentor to CXOs, Senior Leadership teams and to students and new joiners, who are looking for direction in their corporate journey.
He brings over 23 years of experience in some of the largest banks and investment management firms, having led teams across finance, operations, risk management, business continuity, administration, physical and logical security to name a few.
He has trained for over 3 years to be a Biography counselor, to which he owes his spiritual journey. He has trained for another 6 months for a Harvard Business Programme. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Post Graduate in Business Administration from IMT, Ghaziabad.
His core skill has been in forming new teams and mentoring, coaching, developing team members from varied backgrounds. He attributes his success to his ability to apply new ideas, resourcefulness and innovation to propel his teams to higher levels of maturity, overcome roadblocks and building competitive advantage.
His firm has worked on Life Skills development projects associated with the United Nations, Childline India, Aga Khan Foundation, Gramin Shiksha Kendras, to name a few.
