She trusts that our experiences form our beliefs and further formulate our attitudes, which drive our behaviors and end results. Hence, she works on the "inside" to support her clients to nourish their roots and reap profound changes on the "outside".
She is a Dale Carnegie Trained Trainer & an instructional designer and OD consultant. Along with over 300 individual & team coach training hours, she is certified as Kirkpatrick, TA, NLP, EQi / Caliper 360 tools, Ceekr coach and consultant. She consults many organizations as a trusted partner and facilitates various programs. She has served over 15000 leaders from the likes of IIM, Samsung, Ansell, Kronos, Maruti, Indiamart, Lowe, Sun life Insurance, Tenneco and more. As a Business Networking International (BNI) member, she has enabled many startups and SMEs to transform their culture initially in her career.
She believes that being a Coach & Facilitator, anyone can lead a diverse & inclusive workspace easily & impactfully to drive results that truly matter. In her upcoming book L.E.A.D, C.O.A.C.H and T.H.R.I.V.E, she shares her mission to enable leaders, so that they build coaching & facilitation muscle and exponentially grow themselves and others around them.
With the purpose of democratizing coaching, she has developed over 100 external coaching professionals and many Leaders as coaches within organizations. Now she plans to build a one stop platform for Coach and Coachee, that would serve and reach beyond borders, enable many to break biases and raise the B.A.R.
She finds herself as a 'Gardener' who plants the seeds of self-belief and removes the weeds of self-doubts, for the plants (the people) and garden (the organization) both may flourish.
