Director APAC/Global CHRO/CPO at Accenture, JSW Group, Essar, Endo
International, Strides Pharma, Shoppers Stop. She specializes in the areas of Human
Resources Strategy, Organizational Transformation, Leadership Development,
Succession Planning, Assessment Centres and Coaching.
Tanaya is a Ph.D., a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources
with a degree in Law. She is certified in multiple tools for facilitation
change, assessment and development. Some of her certifications include, Hogan,
DDI, Thomas, SHL, Gallup, ISABS. She is also a ACC, ICF certified coach.
